We’ve received a ton of emails on how and why Delta realty was picked as our first featured office.

Well it started in the winter of 1992  john kassin then owner of  Delta  walked into my office ,no call ,no appointment he showed up,our secretarty escorted him into our conference room and i sat with him for about an hour disscussing real estate and closings and what we do and how our services would benefit both of us.

The rest is pretty much history. From that point on we closed hundreds if not thousands of homes with Delta.

We started with delta during the hight of the last realestate crash . More importantly we became friends.

Delta Realty has changed ownership over the years but the original boys are still their. Give them a call for your real estate needs.
